When superdelegate and DNC Rules and Bylaws Committee member David McDonald explained to me how Hillary Clinton could seat defunct delegates from Michigan and Florida, I knew the issue would heat up again at some point. It looks like Michigan and Florida may enter the spotlight again soon, after contests yesterday in Vermont, Rhode Island, Ohio and Texas failed to give Clinton or Barack Obama a decisive delegate lead.
